Change to Order Delivery Method in European Union Countries
Please be informed that as of August 19, 2026, the way deliveries of orders placed in the European Union markets will be handled is changing.
For orders placed from this date onwards, shipments to EU countries will be handled exclusively by DPD courier service. The UPS delivery option will be disabled and will no longer be available when placing an order.
The available delivery option (UPS courier) will appear automatically in the system when placing an order - no additional action is required.
This change does not apply to the United Kingdom or Poland - deliveries to these markets will remain unchanged. As a reminder: in the United Kingdom, deliveries will continue to be handled by UPS, while in Poland, customers will be able to choose between DPD courier and InPost parcel lockers.
