ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Biotin – 400 µg (800% RI) 

Often associated with beautiful hair, and rightly so: biotin helps maintain healthy hair and healthy skin and helps maintain normal mucous membranes. 

Zinc – 10 mg (100% RI) 

Works on three fronts at once: it helps maintain healthy hair, healthy nails and healthy skin. It also helps protect cells from oxidative stress and contributes to normal protein synthesis. 

Selenium – 55 µg (100% RI) 

Helps maintain healthy hair and healthy nails and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. 

Vitamin C from rosehip – 12 mg (15% RI) 

Derived from rosehip fruit extract. It is what connects Collup with collagen: vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin. 

Vitamin A – 800 µg (100% RI) 

Vitamin A helps maintain healthy skin and helps maintain normal vision. 

Vitamin E – 12 mg (100% RI) 

Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. 

B vitamins 

Pantothenic acid 9 mg (150% RI), thiamine 1.65 mg (150% RI), vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100% RI) and folic acid 200 µg (100% RI). Pantothenic acid and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while pantothenic acid helps maintain normal mental performance. 

Freeze-dried fish collagen – 60 mg 

The ingredient from which Collup gets its name. Each capsule contains 60 mg of freeze-dried fish collagen. Freeze-drying is the least invasive processing method, helping to preserve the natural structure of collagen to the greatest extent possible. 

Plant extracts and alpha-lipoic acid 

The formula is complemented by: nettle leaf extract DER 4:1 (100 mg), bamboo extract DER 20:1 (70 mg, including 49 mg of silica), bilberry extract DER 100:1 (20 mg, including 5 mg of anthocyanins), tomato extract (14 mg, including 0.84 mg of lycopene) and alpha-lipoic acid (20 mg).
